Sparks answered the phone on the 3rd ring, and dispatched a tech immediately. Mike showed up not on time, but early, jumped right in to determine the issue. Mike's experience was evident from the moment he opened a panel. Once the issue was determined to belong to BG&E, Mike took it upon himself to contact them directly, providing his own cell for them should they have any questions. Within 1 hour of his call, BG&E arrived, fixed the power feed to the building and we were back in business! Cant say enough about Scott, who answered the phone, (Owner of the company btw) and the rapid response. Thank you SPARKS!! read less
